Located close to the Bay in one of the more prestigious streets on Brighton, this site had two street frontages to the north and south. Three boutique three and four bedroom apartments were designed ranging size from 150sqm to 400sqm. The upper level apartment is over two floors with double height voids and panoramic views over the bay from terraces recessed into the roof plane.
